SLP and CF-SLP

TheraPeds is a therapist-owned agency that supports school districts and their hiring needs in schools across the US.  At TheraPeds we pride ourselves in knowing the field of Special Education. We believe in supporting districts and students with exceptional teachers and therapists and maintaining a continual presence.

We currently have openings for SLP, CF-SLPs and for the 2025-2026 school year.

Locations: We work with schools in 48 of the states, such as,  Denver CO, Aurora, Co, Anchorage AK, Portland OR, Fort Wayne IN, Redwood City, CA, Oakland CA, Castle Rock CO, Big Island HI, Joliet IL, Troy MI, Rockhall MD, Northwood NH, and Central Falls RI. CT, NJ, KS and many more.

Position Details: SLP and CF SLP

Setting: School-based services

Availability: Full and part time

Hours: 4-5 days/week, 7.5-8 hours/day

Dates: Hiring Now for 2025-2026 School year

Hourly Rate: CF-SLP $48-60/hour,  SLP $55-75/hour, SPED teacher $50-65/hour.  Deaf and hard of hearing (DHH) teachers $50-65. OT $45-$65.

*Rate varies based on experience, location, benefits and position details. 

Licensing: Will be required according to state guidelines.  

Job details: Supporting schools and students, ages 3-18, with their IEP and therapy needs, conducting evaluations, student services in a small group or 1:1, team collaboration, and case management.

Time Frame: This is a contract position for the 2025-26  school year.  Some positions may renew or extend for the following school year.
