What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting Support

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting to meet hiring goals quickly and efficiently
• Post jobs, source candidates, and screen applicants
• Schedule interviews and support the selection process
• Maintain organized applicant tracking and documentation

Brand Promotion & Outreach

• Promote open roles through job boards, events, and outreach efforts
• Distribute recruiting materials and employment ads
• Build relationships with community partners and sourcing channels
• Attend recruiting events as needed

Administrative & Operational Support

• Prepare and maintain new-hire paperwork and onboarding materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding
• Support recruiting efforts across multiple roles, including subcontract labor

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ with a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Professional, confident, and organized
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• CRM experience is a plus

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting blue-collar workers and/or CDL drivers
