️ What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based methods
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise PT Assistants and students
- Educate patients and families
- Document care using EClinicalWorks EMR
- Ensure compliance with CMS and Oregon Board standards
Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Oregon PT license (or eligibility)
- BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive care
- FQHC experience preferred
