Schedule: On-call β a couple of evening shifts per month
π Shift Hours: 7:00 PM β 10:00 PM

As a Self-Directed Support Worker, youβll be hired directly by the individual receiving services to provide approved in-home support. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to pick up a few extra shifts each month while making a meaningful difference.
Responsibilities:
π Assist with showering and personal hygiene
π Provide medication reminders
𧴠Apply lotion and monitor skin condition
π Observe and report any signs of skin breakdown or other concerns
𦽠Assist with transfers and mobility
π» Provide bathroom assistance and toileting support
π Offer companionship while ensuring comfort and safety throughout the evening
