Join Avantier, a global photonics company creating custom precision optical solutions used in aerospace, space technology, defense, biomedical imaging, and scientific research.

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, customer outreach, lead generation, and business growth while learning from an experienced team.

No optics experience? No problem. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with potential customers by email, phone, and virtual meetings
  • Research new markets and business opportunities
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and sales presentations
  • Learn about customer needs and help identify the right solutions
  • Track leads and opportunities in a CRM
  • Attend networking events and trade shows as needed

You Could Be a Great Fit If You’re

  • A college senior, recent graduate, or early-career professional
  • Interested in sales, business, marketing, or technology
  • Confident communicating with new people
  • Motivated, organized, and ready to take initiative
  • Curious and excited to learn about technical products

Previous sales, customer service, business, or internship experience is a plus—but not required.
