Customer Service Representative

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Servicing Team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer support while assisting customers with payment solutions. Unlike traditional collections positions, this is a first-party servicing role where the goal is to understand customers' situations and help establish manageable payment arrangements.

Representatives will engage with customers regarding past-due accounts, make outbound payment reminder calls, gather financial information, and work collaboratively to identify payment plan options.  This is NOT hard collections.
