Accounts Receivable Specialist

HTSS is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing company in Bethlehem! If you're organized, enjoy working with numbers, and love helping customers, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your accounting career.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and send customer invoices
  • Review billing for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
  • Communicate with customers to answer billing questions
  • Maintain account records and assist with month-end activities
  • Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues

What We're Looking For:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • ERP experience is a plus
