As a Grants Management Specialist, you will:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of complex grants and cooperative agreements, applying advanced grants management principles to address regulatory, programmatic, and recipient compliance challenges.
• Perform thorough cost analyses of proposed budgets submitted under NOFOs and post-award prior approval requests, to ensure compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance, policy decisions, and regulatory interpretations to internal and external customers.
• Manage difficult, technical and complex grant portfolios, and is responsible for the complete life cycle of grants, from planning through implementation and closeout of HRSA grant awards.
• Provide expert technical guidance, mentoring, and training to new and less experienced grants management staff.
