Candlelight Event Assistant

Lumos Experiences produces immersive live events throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and we are currently hiring reliable, customer-focused team members to support our growing event operations.
We’re specifically seeking junior and senior students with experience in customer service, hospitality, events, retail, or other guest-facing roles who are looking to gain valuable professional experience while earning competitive pay.

Here are a few details about the opportunity:
● Pay: $20–$25 per hour
● Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays only
● Shift Length: 8–10 hours
● Locations: New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania (transportation to assigned venue required)
● Ideal Candidates: Juniors and seniors with strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

 

This role offers students the opportunity to develop skills in event operations, customer experience, teamwork, problem-solving, and live event production while maintaining a schedule that works well alongside weekday classes.

Currently looking for event staff to work these shows in September in Pennsylvania/ Delaware:

Friday September 11th Bryn Mawr, PA- 8 Hour Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm

Saturday September 12th Milford, PA- 10 Hour Shift 12:30pm-10:30pm

Saturday September 12th Newark, DE- 8 Hour Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm

Friday September 18th Pittson, PA- 10 Hour Shift 12:30pm-10:30pm

Friday September 25th Kutztown, PA- 8 Hour Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm
