Marketing Internship - Social, Content, and Events

Social Media & Marketing Intern

Cache  |  Part-time (10–20 hrs/week)  |  Hybrid  |  Paid

Ever wonder what it's actually like to build a brand from the inside? Not fetching coffee — actually making the content, running the campaigns, and watching the numbers move because of something you did. That's this internship and that's what Cache is looking for.

About Cache

Cache is a fast-growing outdoor products company. We build gear for people who'd rather be outside — and we're growing quickly enough that everyone here wears about three hats. You won't be a small cog in a big machine; you'll be a big part of a small, scrappy team where your ideas can go from group chat to published post in the same day.

About the Role

This isn't a narrow, one-lane internship — you'll do a lot, and we mean a lot. You'll touch just about every corner of our marketing: social content, email, product launches, community, and events. By the end, you'll have a real portfolio of work you shipped, real metrics you moved, and a real answer to "tell me about a time you owned something." There is a reason 2 of our full time marketing employees started as interns.

What You'll Do

  • Run our day-to-day social presence — planning, creating, and posting across Instagram, TikTok, and wherever our customers hang out.
  • Create photo and video content featuring our products in the wild (yes, getting outside is part of the job).
  • Help launch marketing campaigns and product launches from brainstorm to post-mortem.
  • Engage with our community — comments, DMs, and spotting user-generated content worth resharing.
  • Track what's working, and pitch in on emails, promos, partnerships, and events. If it touches marketing, you're invited.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience — you need drive. We're after a go-getter who:

  • Lives on social media and has instincts for what makes content actually good (not just fine).
  • Loves the outdoors, or at least loves the idea of building a brand around it.
  • Takes initiative — sees something that could be better and just starts working on it.
  • Can write a caption, shoot a decent phone video, and juggle a few projects without dropping them.
  • Wants to grow fast and learns by doing. Bonus points for Canva, CapCut, or scheduling/analytics tools — not required.

The Details

  • Part-time, roughly 10–20 hours a week — flexible around your class schedule.
  • Hybrid — some time with the team in person, some remote. Full remote not a deal breaker.
  • Paid — we'll talk compensation during the interview process.
  • Real mentorship, real responsibility, and a front-row seat to how a growing outdoor brand gets built.

How to Apply

Send us a quick note about who you are and why this sounds like your kind of gig — plus a link to a social account, portfolio, or anything you've made that you're proud of — to tyler@trustcache.com No formal cover letter needed. We'd rather see what you can do.
