Eazzy Consulting is hiring motivated Telemarketers / Appointment Setters to join our growing team in Flushing, Queens.

This is a phone-first sales role. You’ll contact business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors, introduce our financing solutions, identify their needs, and pass qualified prospects to our sales managers and consultants to close.

Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls
• Generate interest and pre-qualify funding needs
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
• Hand qualified prospects to the sales team
• Track calls and results in our CRM
• Meet daily/weekly performance goals

Requirements:

• 1+ year outbound sales/telemarketing experience required
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable on the phone
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Motivated, competitive, and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable using CRM systems and computers
• Bilingual English/Mandarin/Korean/Spanish is a plus
