Role Description

This part-time Ticket Sales Representative role is an on-site position located in Delray Beach, FL. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with ticket sales for sightseeing cruises, providing outstanding customer service, and promoting the range of services offered by Delray Yacht Cruises. Additional tasks may involve handling customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless ticketing process, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Sales techniques to achieve strong booking results
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and strong Communication abilities to engage with customers effectively
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive customer experience
• Ability to work on-site in Delray Beach, FL, and maintain a professional demeanor
• Previous experience in the hospitality, travel, or customer service industry is a plus
