Pay: $18.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience

Are you a Dental Assistant looking for a hands-on opportunity where you can continue building your clinical skills?

Advanced Dental Care of Streetsboro is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our 22-person team. We’re open to experienced Dental Assistants as well as new graduates who completed a strong hands-on dental assisting program and externship.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work chairside with the doctor and support patient care throughout the day. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with or has hands-on exposure to:

Four-handed dentistry

Digital X-rays

Making temporary crowns

Digital scanning

Clinical notes and charting

Sterilization and room setup

Crown and bridge procedures

Restorative dentistry

Our doctor performs a wide variety of procedures, giving you the opportunity to continue learning and expanding your skills, including:

General restorative dentistry

Endodontics

Orthodontics

Prosthodontics

Surgical procedures

Implants

Veneers

Botox procedures

Schedule

Tuesday: 8:30 AM–6:15 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM–5:15 PM
Thursday: 6:30 AM–4:15 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM–3:15 PM

What we’re looking for

Current Ohio X-ray certification is required

Dental Assistant training or experience

New graduates are encouraged to apply if they completed a hands-on program and externship

Comfortable working chairside and providing four-handed dentistry

Ability to create temporary crowns

Experience or training with digital scanning

Comfortable documenting clinical notes

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Someone who enjoys working as part of a busy, supportive team

Compensation: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Pre-employment requirement: Completion of required TB testing prior to starting employment.
