This summer 2027 internship at Merck is in Regulatory Planning and Publishing. As a Regulatory Planning and Publishing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the critical process of preparing drug applications for global health authorities like the FDA and EMA. You will support cross-functional teams in building project timelines, tracking data submissions, and formatting technical documents into the industry-standard electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD) format. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand how life-saving medicines navigate the strict regulatory pathways from clinical trials to the market, bridging the gap between pharmaceutical science and government compliance.
- Candidates should be quick learners who can multitask and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Candidates should have demonstrated the ability to be a self-advocate and resourceful problem solver
- Candidates should have a capacity for learning advanced features in Microsoft Office 365 programs, like SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Demonstrates proficiency in automation, artificial intelligence (AI), data analysis, and digital technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
